To assist you with your planning, following are some logistical details.
Conference agenda
Delegates will receive an agenda in January. However, please note that the conference consists of a welcome reception at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday 28th, followed by two full days of conference sessions. There will also be conference dinners on the evenings of the 29th and 30th January. Please note that the leadership conference is an employee only event and attendance at conference events and evening dinners is mandatory for all delegates.Please refer to the

Airport transfers and taxi fares
Delegates are requested to arrange their own airport transfers and claim expenses through the usual ICON internal expense claims process.
Hotel accommodation
Accommodation has been arranged at the InterContinental Hotel for delegates who are travelling to Ireland for the conference. Delegates who are located in Dublin are required to travel to and from the conference each day from home. Taxi fares and/or hotel parking will be covered by the conference in this instance. The hotel will endeavour to organise early check-ins for delegates arriving prior to the hotel’s official check-in time (3pm).
The conference will pay for the nights of 28th , 29th and 30th January. All meals during these dates will also be covered by the conference. Any other business-related expenses not covered by the conference should be handled through the usual ICON internal expense claims process.
